Did you ever wonder, if Anna and Elsa stayed this close without the incident how Elsa’s coronation dress would look like? I did. And this is my Idea. I imagine, if Anna and Elsa were best buddies all the time, that their coronation-dresses would look similar. But since Elsa is a few years older and her character is more nature, her dress would be a simpler version of Anna’s dress. My dress for Anna has 10 pieces (the ones that are painted mind you) so Elsa’s dress only has 7 (I tested first with paper pieces, if you don’t know how it will look like, always test with paper pieces). Also the pattern for the pieces … that was hard. I wanted the pattern to be a combination of the patterns characteristic for Arendelle and with something from Elsas ice powers. Thankfully even Arendelle has some ice patterns. Same procedure like with Anna’s dress so I will not get into details here. Her cape is a simpler version of the original one (but it was good practice for the real one ^^ - yes that is also on my “to-do-list”) with only the flower of Arendelle on it. Well and that’s it. Please tell me what you thing and I would be happy if some of you like it. I will also upload a picture with some details, like with Anna’s and Elsa’s dress I already uploaded.
